I am an author, speaker, and plant-based chef. Currently, I am under contract with Bloomsbury USA to write a book about the cultural evolution of veganism from a niche subculture into a mainstream movement challenging the food system. My book is a continuation of my dissertation work at Harvard University.
While writing, I am appointed as a Postdoctoral Scholar at the Sustainable Food Initiative at UC Berkeley Haas and am a co-founder of the Plant Futures Symposium & Challenge Lab, an innovative new course.
My work has been featured in media outlets including Refinery29, The Telegraph, and The Atlantic as well as in academic journals. I hold a Certificate of Plant-Based Nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies.
