Based on five years of fieldwork and over 150 interviews I conducted for my dissertation in sociology at Harvard University, I am writing a book called How It All Vegana behind-the-scenes story of how veganism transformed from a niche subculture into a mainstream juggernaut. It will be published in 2022 by Bloomsbury Publishing USA, represented by Brockman Inc. 


In 2020-21, I am appointed as Postdoctoral Scholar at the Sustainable Food Initiative at U.C. Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, and acting as the Challenge Coordinator for the inaugural Plant Futures Symposium & Innovation Course.


My work has been featured in media outlets including Refinery29, The TelegraphThe Atlanticthe Harvard GazetteHarvard Magazine, Veritalk Podcast, and at the Cambridge Forum. I hold a Certificate of Plant-Based Nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies.
