I am an author, speaker, and expert on the plant-based foods industry. Currently, I am under contract with Bloomsbury USA (represented by Brockman Inc.) to write a book about the rise of plants and what this movement means for our food future. My book is a continuation of my dissertation work at Harvard University, during which I conducted over 150 interviews in the U.S., Europe, and Middle East.
While writing, I am appointed as a Postdoctoral Scholar at the Sustainable Food Initiative at U.C. Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, and acting as the Challenge Coordinator for the inaugural Plant Futures Symposium & Innovation Challenge Lab.
My work has been featured in media outlets including Refinery29, The Telegraph, The Atlantic, the Harvard Gazette, Harvard Magazine, Harvard's Veritalk, and at the Cambridge Forum. I hold a Certificate of Plant-Based Nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies.
